WE ARE
Our Story
We started juicing in Fred’s mom’s kitchen in Baytown during the pandemic—just trying to take better care of our health. We began sharing our creations with friends and family and quickly realized: we make pretty good juice!
After two years of popping up at local farmers markets, we opened our juice bar inside Finn Hall in Downtown Houston. With a permanent home, we expanded our menu to include made-to-order superfood smoothies, smoothie bowls, kombucha, and better-for-you eats.

We’re here to make it easier—and more exciting—for our community to eat real, nourishing food. We believe in the power of plant-forward, whole-food-based eating. That means food that supports your health, feels good in your body, and never skimps on flavor.
No dyes, no preservatives, no refined sugars, fillers, or inflammatory oils. Just thoughtfully crafted food made with intention.

Every recipe on our menu is handcrafted with a specific benefit in mind. From boosting energy to supporting digestion, we want you to know that there is purpose to every thing we create. Support local: We're increasing our partnerships with Texas farmers and food producers.

Prioritize sustainability: All of our food waste—over 100 gallons a week—is composted through local farm partnerships.

Our Community
Giving back is in our roots. We’re proud to support both our Houston neighborhood and our home island of Puerto Rico.
